Our people

We have a core team of four directors who run the company. Between us we have over 100 years of experience and continue to be leading practitioners in the field of flexible working. So we divide our time between managing the business and working directly with clients. Where we are not able to meet the client needs from the four of us, we introduce hand picked associates who work under our direction and to our standards.

Our team consists of:

Tony Wareing, Managing Director,  who leads on strategic business issues, organisational development and leadership

Chris Ridgewell, Finance Director, who leads on health and safety, technology and cultural change

Marylou Lousvet, Director of Training Solutions, who leads on training and development, local authorities and work-life balance

Peter Thomson, Research Director, who leads on management techniques, virtual teams and the future of work
