Tony specialises in organisation culture and change to deliver real business benefits. He has a particular interest in projects that combine consultancy and training and development to produce sustainable solutions. He often works with senior teams to initiate projects.
Current projects:
Designing and lead trainer on a programme for 300 local authority managers and staff to prepare them for the significantly more flexible ways of working required by a move to a state of the art facility. This provides them with enhanced skills and allays anxieties about their new ways of working.
Supporting another local authority providing advice and action planning workshops for managers to smooth the transition to new ways of working in a multi-disciplinary contact centre.
Biography:
He has led many projects, particularly in local government, using flexible working to deliver operational benefits including improved quality, customer service, and productivity. Tony has in-depth practical expertise in leading and delivering organisation development and culture change projects. He draws on a career at senior level in HR including Amersham International plc, where he led a group-wide process of culture change and a Total Quality programme following privatisation. He has written on, and spoken at conferences about the implementation of flexible working.
