Liese has a passion for enabling people to perform at their best - wherever, whenever and however they are working. She focuses on enhancing the way organisations, leaders and individuals work, communicate, behave and perform. She enjoys stimulating change journeys encompassing development of strategy, structure and process whilst capturing working environments - igniting cultural change underpinned by greater self-awareness, leadership development and wellbeing encouraging high performing organisational, teams and individuals.


Liese is an experienced HR change consultant, coach and facilitator and specialises in changing the way organisations and individuals work to develop more flexible, agile and collaborative ways of working connecting with the business objectives. She maximises catalyst events – such as real estate changes, wellbeing initiatives, EVP strategies and employee engagement initiative – to enable people to work at their best holistically. She enjoys inspiring people to become empowered and release their full potential.

Liese offers considerable senior level HR leadership experience gained across a range of sectors and industries, both private and public, including communication, soft facilities management, food manufacturing, FCMG, engineering and further education. Her most recent corporate role was within Pitney Bowes as global HR Director and previously organisations included Carillion, Rayner Food Group, Basingstoke College of FE and Customs & Excise.

Liese is a Chair of Governors is passionate about enabling children to be confident and equipped for the world of work and life ahead of them. She is an Insights Discovery licensed practitioner.

Client Work:

Liese works with clients across a range of sectors including financial, insurance, PR & media, communications, real estate, environmental, education and not for profit sectors and she partners with organisations to develop their ways of work, performance and behaviours and starting the organisational and team cultural shift journeys.
